Creation Week Math
There are a variety of ways that the creation week chronology can be charted. This article explores one such way. Where each "day" or age, in the creation story is a year of days where each day is 1000 years.
This is the longest of all the strategies. The reason is that each day is 360,000 years long, with the 7th day at 390,000 days.
If this longest of all possible creation week forms is correct then there was 2,550,000 years in the creation process.
(360 * 6 + 390) * 1000 = 2,550,000 years
If these years precede Adam directly, then they fold through day-for-a-year just like all other historical dates. The following report takes those 2.5M years, as days, and graphs them ahead of the Adam’s fall replay in 1974.

These days are interesting because they roughly align with the various millenniums back to a millennium after Noah’s flood.
These days also appear to make the day-by-day creation week stories follow mankind’s post-flood development. This works. See Full Article.
Earlier Week
Was there an earlier week? There was roughly a week before Noah.
