Psalms 92
1It is a good thing to give thanks to Yahvah, and to sing praises to your name, most high,
2to show forth your loving kindness in the morning, and your faithfulness every night.
3I will play on an instrument of 10 strings and on the psaltery; on the harp with a solemn sound.
4For you, Yahvah, have made me glad through your work; I will triumph in the works of your hands.
5Yahvah, how great are your works. And your thoughts are very deep.
6A stupid man does not know; nor does a fool understand this.
7When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity flourish; it is they who will be destroyed forever;
8but you, Yahvah, are most high forever.
9For look, your enemies Yahvah, for look, your enemies will perish; all the workers of iniquity will be scattered.
10But my horn you will exalt like the horn of a wild ox; I will be anointed with fragrant oil.
11My eyes will also see my desire on my enemies, and my ears will hear my desire against the wicked that rise up against me.
12The righteous will flourish like the palm tree; he will grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13Those who are planted in the house of Yahvah will flourish in the courts of our god.
14They will still bring forth fruit in old age; they will be fair and desirable,
15to show that Yahvah is upright; he is mighty, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Lord of the Flies in Kabul
The Project on Government Oversight is a non-profit group set up to investigate corruption in government.
On the September 1, 2009, the theoretical date for this Psalm, the group sent an open letter to US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton involving a host of severe issues in the guard staff of the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. The issues involved high staff turnover, lack of English skills and photographic and video evidence of a "Lord of the Flies" environment, where management supervisors were sexually intimidating their employees.
News of this issue, along with a set of lurid photos, made national headlines later in the day, with most TV networks in the US covering what had happened in Kabul.
By September 2, 2009, Clinton had ordered a full investigation into the allegations.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been on the time line numerous times before. She is the prophetic Hillal, responsible for the rebuilding of Jericho at the World Trade Center site in New York city. She is the "scorned woman" from the test of the US Congress in the Sodom and Gomorrah story. That a sexual immorality story would involve her is no surprise, and helps to focus on this as the fulfillment of this Psalm.
The term "iniquity" is used in this Psalm repeatedly. The term indicates that a moral line of conduct has been crossed. It generally applies to sins of commission, not sins of omission. The photographic evidence clearly suggests various lines of decent behavior had been crossed.
Verses 9 and 11 deal with seeing and understanding, which is what this letter to Hillary brought to the world's attention. Workers of iniquity in the Kabul Embassy have been revealed through the publishing of this letter, a match.
Verse 7 indicates that these workers of iniquity will spring up like grass, but will be destroyed forever. This suggests that this is a short-term problem and that it will be dealt with by US government authorities. A match.
Verse 9 indicates these workers of iniquity will be disbursed. Presumably there are those responsible, as per verse 7, and there are those caught up in what happened. Different results will happen to different parties.
Many of the redemptive patterns in scripture have degenerate forms, some of what happened in Kabul are hinted at in verse 10.
Verse 12 and 13 uses the terms palm tree and cedar, courts and house of God. Palms are often found in oasis' and embassy where this occurred can be considered the courtyard and house for the fulfillment. A match.
