26 Psalms 24

1The land is Yahvah's and its fullness; (50:10:26) the world and those who live there.
2For he has set its foundation in the sea, and has furnished it with rivers.

3Who will ascend into the mountain of Yahvah? Who will stand in his holy place?
4He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not sworn by his soul falsely, nor taken an oath deceitfully.
5He will receive the blessing from Yahvah, and righteousness from god our savior.
6This is the generation of those who seek your face, that proclaim your countenance, god of Jacob.

7Lift up your heads, gates; and be lifted up, everlasting doors, that the king of glory may come in.
8Who is this king of glory? Yahvah, strong and mighty, Yahvah mighty in battle.
9Lift up your heads, gates; and be lifted up, everlasting doors, that the king of glory may come in.
10Who is this king of glory? Yahvah of hosts, he is the king of glory forever.

Netanyahu begins Gov't formation

Netanyahu began the process of forming a Unity Government. First reports dealt with who might be defense minister.

The question of forming a government, or "hill of Yahvah" is the topic of the Psalm, it is also match to an earlier Psalm that dealt with Netanyahu before the election on the Mt. of Olives where he appeared to be the predicted victor of the election.

Matches

Verses 1 and 2 deal with the land and "furnishing it." Land is a stand in for the place of a government and Netanyahu was starting to furnish the land.

Verse 3 asks who will ascend to the “mountain” of God. Who will be in the government. The following verses 4 though 6 give God's standard for who can do this.

Verses 7 through 10 point back at God himself as the true king. It is possible that Netanyahu will be in office when this happens. Earlier Psalms references to Netanyahu suggest a long time in office.
