Replay Hour 70: Jesus Presented As King

The following reference forces Wednesday into the picture since it cannot be before 9:00 AM on Thursday. It is also after an evening arrest which by this reference must be on Tuesday PM.

Note: This is the 70th hour, or Daniel’s 70 sevens, since each hour represents a week. Curious.

The 6th hour reference in John is the 18:1:01 AA, the 18th hour in the calendar day.

John (P) Mark (P)

40 John 19:9-13
9so he entered again into the Praetorium, and said to Jesus, Where do you come from? But Jesus gave him no answer.
10Pilate said to him, Will you not speak, even to me? Do you not know that I have the authority to release you, and I have the authority to crucify you?
11Jesus said to him, You would have no authority whatever over me if it had not been given to you from above; for this reason, the sin of him who delivered me to you is greater than yours.

12And because of this, Pilate wanted to release him; but the Jews cried out, If you release this man, you are not a friend of caesar; for whoever makes himself a king is against caesar.
13When Pilate heard this word, he brought Jesus outside; then he sat down on the judgment seat at a place which is called the Stone Pavement, but in Hebrew it is called Gabbatha.

40 John 19:14
14It was the day before preparation day, and it was about the 6th hour; and he said to the Jews, Look, your king.

40 John 19:15-16
15But they cried out, Take him away, take him away, crucify him, crucify him. Pilate said to them, Should I crucify your king? The high priests said to him, We have no king but caesar.

16Then he delivered him to them to crucify him. So they took Jesus and brought him out,

42 Mark 15:6-15
6Now it was the custom on every feast to release to them 1 prisoner whom they asked for.
7There was one called Barabbas, who was bound with those who made insurrection, and who had committed murder during that insurrection.
8And the people cried out, and began to ask Pilate to do for them, according to the custom.
9Pilate answered saying, Are you willing that I release to you the king of the Jews?
10For Pilate knew that the high priests had delivered him because of envy.
11But the high priests incited the people even more, that he should release Barabbas to them.
12Pilate said to them, What, then, do you wish me to do to this man, whom you call the king of the Jews?
13And they cried out again, Crucify him!
14Then Pilate said to them, What evil has he done? But they cried aloud even more, Crucify him!
15Now Pilate wanted to do the will of the people; so he released Barabbas to them, and he delivered to them Jesus, scourged, to be crucified.
