Katrina and Rita are 2 amazing prophetic storms. Both have been enhanced by scalar weaponry. The propheic stories provide clear support for weaponization. Scripture also names the military attackers and appears to make certain preditions relative to Rita.
I am now over 2 weeks late for posting a followup article on Katrina. I've been "swamped" with data and had to do a bunch of primary research on what the prophetic, time based, Bible passages related to Katrina suggest:
Katrina (and now Rita) are military attacks on the United States.
From an outsider's perspective this seems preposterous. How can man control the weather?
Unfortunately, there are substantial bodies of evidence that the Russians have had weather control technology in place and running for nearly 30 years. That technology is likely what is behind the prophetic passages that are in play now.
Since early in the Bible Time project I've know that the prophecies of Revelation chapter 7, "sealings" on 144,000, broken into 12,000 intervals, is an extensive prophecy dealing with time.
Quickly: The prophecy of Revelation 7 means that those who were lost, forgotten, would be identified by their signing of documents every 12,000 days across a longer prophetic interval of 144,000 days.
That prophecy began in October of 1579, when the tribe of Dan was identified by the Union of Utrecht which formed the Dutch Republic, the lost tribe of Dan. Of course Dan means Judge, and the prophetic role of Dan in the world is to judge the other tribes, which is why the World Court is located in the modern Netherlands.
From this origin date, every 12,000 days, there is another document and it identifies another lost tribe. It follows the order given in Revelation 7, beginning with Judah in August of 1612, and ending with Benjamin in January of 1974.
The last seal date was was the Disengagement of Forces Agreement signed between Israel and Egypt on January 18, 1974. That document, Benjamin's Seal, identifies modern Israel as the lost tribe of Benjamin.
Each document sits in the middle of a 12,000 day intervals. So, the last seal date has a 6000 day window, like a halo, that ended in June 22, 1990. This is the date when the limits on end-times wars ended, and 40 days later Iraq invaded Kuwait, kicking off the current US lead war in the Middle East.
I've written about the seals more extensively before, see the Tribe tab at the top of the page for a link.
I've also discovered that the Psalms interweave with the Seal Dates found in Revelation chapter 7.
The 150 Psalms spread out across time too, like the 12 major seals. The difference is the Psalms are 1000 days apart, not 12,000 days apart. They begin at the same time as Dan's seal, with Psalm 1 aligned at the same origin date in 1579, and they end with the start of Psalm 150.
Mathematically, then, the 144,000 of Revelation, is augmented by a 6000 days "halo" bringing the total days to 150,000. This is the same as the 150 psalms, at 1000 days/Psalm.
The interweave between the psalms and the seals can be seen by studying the text of the psalms and comparing them to the tribes in the seals. There is considerably internal evidence that this is indeed the right map.
Like the seals, the Psalms can also be found in world headlines, clocking off like a heart beat across most of modern history with 1 Psalm ever 1000 days.
Because the Bible's several timelines fold on each other, those 150 Psalms show up in other bands at a pace driven by the ratio between the bands. It is one of those other Psalm series that is now interesting and explains the weather effects in Katrina and Rita.
The "fold" from the 1000 days per Psalm to more recent times puts Psalm 1 at July 11, 2001, and puts Psalm 150 at October 16, 2006. They are spread out exactly evenly across this time, a little over 15 days each, but because the fundamental terms of the ratio are 76, 35 and 30 it is not at all easy to remember formula for describing the time between the Psalm.
For the record 1000 / 76 * 35 / 30 = 15.3508 days/psalm
Psalm 1, that predictively applied on July 11, 2000, was prophetic for the meeting with Clinton, Arafat, and Barak, when Clinton had Israel offer Jerusalem to Arafat. The meeting had taken place in the United States, both Arafat and Barak had traveled there for the meeting. Arafat declined, some would say Arafat blinked, and this attempt to bring peace to Israel failed.
Note that the editorial from Psalm 1 suggests what was going on in that meeting. Barak, representing all of Israel, and Arafat, the Palestinians, had both traveled to North America for the meeting with Clinton. Both Barak and Arafat had "walked" to this "counseling session" with, Clinton himself.
Psalm 1 says blessed are those who do not take council from the wicked, so Barak and Arafat were both not blessed, since they did take such council. (Of course Clinton is a strong, well documented candidate for the anti-christ, and remains active now in United Nations politics.)
Of course the other Psalms dance across time since that point. To save space we'll skip up to Katrina...
Psalm 123 landed on Saturday, August 27, 2005. This was the day after Katrina had made landfall in Florida. Katrina made landfall in Louisiana 2 days later, August 29, 2005.
Now, notice how Psalm 123 begins:
26 Psalms 123:1-2

There are 2 aspects of this Psalm that apply immediately to Katrina. The first is the "Lifting Eyes" or "Looking Up" at the one that sits in the "Heavens" or "Sky". Of course this is what everyone in Louisiana was doing as the storm approached.
The second aspect, which became much more central after the New Orleans Levees failed was the "servants" who were doing the looking who were asking for mercy.
Depending on the translation you're using the word may be "slaves." In either case the disproportionately poor and black community of New Orleans is in view in this second verse of Psalm 123.
Even the President's mother was caught on tape commenting about the "under privileged" of New Orleans who were the largest group of Levee failure victims.
Of course the Psalm ends with a strong editorial on God's people in New Orleans:
26 Psalms 123:3-4 3Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.(KJV)
26 Psalms 123:3-4 3Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

26 Psalms 123:3-4 3Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, till he have mercy upon us. 4Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us, for we have had more than enough of contempt. The contempt, here is directed towards the redeemed of New Orleans who are under the contempt of the Homosexual and business community that seek their own gratification instead of righteousness. Their $10,000,000 city wide gay party, Southern Decadence, was canceled by the storm. Though YHVH is merciful he is also not mocked. This was the year when he took a stand.
Psalm 124 shows up on the charts just after sunset in Jerusalem on the night of Sunday, September 11, 2005. In New Orleans this was Sunday morning, September 11, 2005.
Of course the world was still shocked by what had happened in New Orleans. But it wasn't just the world that was shocked.
The events across those 2 weeks after Katrina did not escape the Psalmist's attention. Psalm 124 picks up on the themes from Katrina and adds an important detail. It implies that Katrina had been a military attack. Here is the text:
26 Psalms 124:1-5

This part of the psalm is making 3 key points.
YHVH intervened.
Men had rose up, and been stopped.
Waters would have flooded if he had not stepped in.
These 3 points are worded differently in different translations. They reference what we all saw in New Orleans.
First, there was significant flooding. By implication, this time the flooding was allowed by YHVH because he was not on the side of the residents of the city. This is similar to the reverse logic of Psalm 1 covered above. Indeed, many of the Psalms have fulfillments in reverse because the people were not obeying the call of the Psalm. The Psalm then sees a fulfillment where the potential blessing becomes a curse. New Orleans is simply 1 of many such cases.
Psalm 124 makes the 2nd point that men rose up to cause the event.
This is profound. Indeed, many have been suggesting that there is weaponry able to enhance and steer these storms and the Psalm lends strong support for what is becoming a vast body of literature on the subject.
This idea stumped me for days, though, because it is beyond normal. The popular culture does not talk about "scalar-weapons" and it's cousin technology, "free energy from the vacume." But, indeed, this does appear to be what is going on here. (When this world war is over, the technological landscape will be so changed that fossil fuels will not power society any more.)
There were several reports of a hot blast of air that came in from the west and prevented a direct strike on New Orleans itself. This wind is the mechanism by which YHVH intervened in this military attack on New Orleans.
The 3rd point, of course, is the waters, a flood, is what men attempted to cause.
Psalm 124 continues...

In this close it points out that this was the "teeth" of an attacker that caused the mess. Again, another reference to a man-made military attack.
As Rita closes in on east Texas, Psalm 125 adds more interesting insight. Psalm 125 applies in Houston around midnight at the end of Monday, September 26, 2005. For the record here is the entire Psalm:

Like so many of the Psalms, the author is accomplishing many things at the same time.
The first point is those who trust in YHVH are like those who to to a mountain. For those in low lying areas of Texas and western Louisiana the analogy is simple. Those who trust in YHVH seek higher ground in a figurative sense in our daily walks, but in a very real sense along the Gulf coast.
Verse 3 picks off 2 more aspects of this story that matter here.
The first is the reference to scepter of wickedness this is a direct reference to the Russians. The word "Scepter" is a covenant reference to Jesus, who rightfully holds the scepter. Jesus is the ruler, doing so from Heaven now.
The "scepter promise" is also a tribal promise. The full track of that promise is beyond our scope here, but that promise ultimately lands in modern Russia. It is Russia that eventually attempts to take over the world in a military/political sense. This promise is why so many people believe Russia will lead an eventual, final, attack on Israel.
So the reference to Scepter is telling us the origin of the attacks over these past weeks is from Russia. These attacks are not, as some are suggesting, an American, inside job. Nor is it Japanese Yakuza, at least not directly. It is Russian equipment and know-how that are behind these attacks.
This Psalm suggests that the rulership of Russia, in Moscow, the seat of the scepter, has extended their arm, their scepter carrier, their rule, to cause these storms. They may have Japanese involved as convenient fall guys in this plot, but the Japanese are not the decision making source.
Now, notice that YHVH is intervening again, for a reason if the people of east Texas are trusting in YHVH.
It says the scepter, the artificial storm, will not remain so the righteous won't do evil.
I take this as editorial on an modern marvel, the evacuation of Houston before the storm, and a predictive statement about potential looting in the path of Rita. The storm will not remain in order to prevent evil on the ground.
Because nearly 3,000,000 residents of Houston sought higher ground, because they did tabernacles, they will be protected even though they are away from home.
Finally, the last verse suggests strongly that those who attempt evil in the mess caused by Rita will be "lead away" or in modern terms arrested by the police, joining in jail other workers of iniquity. I don't expect significant failure of law enforcement after Rita has passed.
Weather warfare is real. It is only now making it to widespread media. Here are a few references to get you started if you want to read more...
Scalar Wars Tom Bearden is the best source of documentation on the technology and military implications behind these weapons. Tom is named on at least 1 US Patent dealing with free energy from the vacume. Though Tom has a website, the better place to start when reading Tom's material is at a website that provides a layman's introduction to Tom's work. The site I've given here has extensive links into Tom's own site. This is where I recommend you start.
Weather Wars is a website built by a TV weatherman who just this week quit his job to work on explaining weather warfare to the public. Very interesting site, especially useful if you want to learn how to spot "Scalar-Clouds." It seems nearly all North American weather, since 1976, has been modulated by the Russians. Scott Stevens will be in the news in the future. Read his stuff now. You can read about his departure from the news here
Enterpise Mission has some important articles about the political events in Washington DC including William Cohen's 1997 testimony on the Russian weather weaponization technology. Richard Hoagland also covers recent legislation that will fund the American response. That new government office goes online October 3, 2005, the next significant prophetic date.
These are interesting times. Because a new weapon is being used the public does not know what happened. The public usually does not know.
Pray that there will be an awakening in America.
