2008-07-09: Summit Meeting(s)

This date is the second of 2 dates skipped by the plague series of dates, this date is within the 3 days covered by the plague of swarms (flies).

This date is interesting because it is on the series of prophetic dates that began in 2006 and happen once every 30 days.

When the Pope visited Washington DC and New York City in April his public meetings mapped propheticly to each of the Plague related dates in 2008 (and January of 2009). This particular date is informed by the Pope's visit to the United Nations in New York City.

On Thursday morning of his visit he departed Washington DC's Andrews Airforce Base for New York's JKF airport. He traveled by helicopter to Manhattan Island, for a long, 3 hour, visit at the United Nations headquarters building.

The Invitation

The speeches and introductions given around the Pope at the United Nations headquarters clearly indicated that this was the culmination of an invitation given one year before to the day. That date, April 17, 2007, was part of another plague series date, Zipporah at the Inn: Bridegroom of Blood.

The text for that prophetic story included the story of how Aaron was on his way to visit Moses. The following is the associated text:

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. 11And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made mans mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. 13And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. 14And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. 15And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. 16And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God. 17And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.(KJV)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. 11And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? 17And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.(KJV/NC)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10And Moses said unto Jehovah, Oh, Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. 11And Jehovah said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? Or who maketh a man dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, Jehovah? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt speak. 13And he said, Oh, Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. 14And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is there not Aaron thy brother the Levite? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. 15And thou shalt speak unto him, and put the words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. 16And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people; and it shall come to pass, that he shall be to thee a mouth, and thou shalt be to him as God. 17And thou shalt take in thy hand this rod, wherewith thou shalt do the signs. (ASV)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10¶ And Moses said to the LORD. I beseech thee, O my LORD, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore nor since thou has spoken to thy servant; for I am a stutterer and slow of speech. 11The LORD said to him, Who has made man's mouth? or who makes the dumb, or the deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? Is it not I the LORD? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak. 13And Moses said to him, O my LORD, send I beseech thee, by the hand of whomsoever thou wilt send. 14And the anger of the LORD kindled against Moses, and he said to him, Behold, Aaron, your brother, the Levite. I know that he is a good speaker, and also, behold, he will come forth to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. 15And you shall speak to him and put my words in his mouth; and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do. 16And he shall be your spokesman to the people; and he shall be an interpreter for you, and you shall be to him instead of God. 17And you shall take this staff in your hand, with which you shall do signs. (LAM)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10But Moses said to the LORD, "Oh, my Lord, I am not eloquent, either heretofore or since thou hast spoken to thy servant; but I am slow of speech and of tongue." 11Then the LORD said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Who makes him dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the LORD? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak." 13But he said, "Oh, my Lord, send, I pray, some other person." 14Then the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses and he said, "Is there not Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well; and behold, he is coming out to meet you, and when he sees you he will be glad in his heart. 15And you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth; and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do. 16He shall speak for you to the people; and he shall be a mouth for you, and you shall be to him as God. 17And you shall take in your hand this rod, with which you shall do the signs."(RSV)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."

11The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD? 12Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say."

13But Moses said, "O Lord, please send someone else to do it."

14Then the LORD's anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you. 15You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. 16He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him. 17But take this staff in your hand so you can perform miraculous signs with it."(NIV)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10Moses said to Yahweh, 'Oh, Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before now, nor since you have spoken to your servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.'

11Yahweh said to him, 'Who made man's mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn't it I, Yahweh? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.'

13He said, 'Oh, Lord, please send someone else.'

14The anger of Yahweh was kindled against Moses, and he said, 'What about Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Also, behold, he comes forth to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. 15You shall speak to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what youP shall do. 16He will be your spokesman to the people; and it will happen, that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God. 17You shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.'(WEB)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10Moses said to the LORD, 'Oh, Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before now, nor since you have spoken to your servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.'

11The LORD said to him, 'Who made man's mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn't it I, the LORD? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.'

13He said, 'Oh, Lord, please send someone else.'

14The anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, 'What about Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Also, behold, he comes forth to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. 15You shall speak to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do. 16He will be your spokesman to the people; and it will happen, that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God. 17You shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.'(WEB/HNV)

2 Exodus 4:10-17 10And Moses said to Yahvah, I beg you, oh my Lord, I am not eloquent, not previously nor since you have spoken to your servant; for I am a stutterer and slow of speech. 11Yahvah said to him, Who has made man's mouth? Who makes the mute, or the deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? Is it not I, Yahvah? 12Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you will speak. 13And Moses said to him, Oh my Lord, I beg you, send by the hand of whomever you will send. 14And the anger of Yahvah kindled against Moses, and he said to him, Look, Aaron, your brother, the Levite. I know that he is a good speaker, and also, look, he will come out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. 15And you will speak to him and put my words in his mouth; and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and will teach you what you will do. 16And he will be your spokesman to the people; and he will be an interpreter for you, and you will be to him instead of God. 17And you will take this staff in your hand, with which you will do signs. (BRB)

Notice that this passage includes the fact that Moses thinks he is poor of speech, while Yahvah says he gives him speech. When Mr. Ban speaks in public his English is fine, but not of the same tone as it would be if he had been raised speaking English as his native language. This is the feature of his language that is being seen in this prophetic passage.

The UN Speeches

At the United Nations he gave 2 main speeches in the UN's central hall. (See the USCCB's video here.) The first speech was to UN delegates assembled from around the world. In the speech he laid out the moral basis for the existence of the United Nations. His reason: Primarily to defend people from despotic governments. (To defend Israelites from Pharaoh's.)

His second speech was about 2 hours later and was given to employees of the United Nations. During this speech the Pope received wild applause from UN employees. He encouraged them, that they are the ones who carry on the day-to-day operations of the UN, and who provide continuity since the delegates rotate on short term assignments.

Ban Ki-Moon introduced Pope Benedict for both speeches. In Ban's opening statements before the first speech he provided several important clues to understanding the prophetic significance of this event.

  • Invited 1 year before, to the day. Ban Ki-Moon had visited Pope Benedict on April 17, 2007, on the first leg of a multi-nation tour. At that visit Mr Ban had invited the Pope to New York City. The timing of this invitation was not widely publicized but it was following the prophetic story for that date, making this visit to the United Nations a fulfillment of events from that earlier prophetic visit.

  • Veiled references to Mr Ban's Christianity. Mr Ban's introduction included several direct, but veiled, references to his own faith. He mentioned that there is no chapel in the United Nations building but that there is a meditation room. He said that it was not dedicated to many gods, nor to an unknown god. He also said that many members of the United Nations, apparently including himself, consider their jobs at the United Nations to be a form of missions work. These statements were very specifically playing to the prophetic text for this meeting, where Moses would not speak God's words directly, and needed Aaron to speak instead.

Galatians Timeline Fold

There is a timeline fold that takes this same date through to the story in Galatians where Paul explains his visit up to Jerusalem. The following is the text.

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and took Titus with me also. 2And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain. 3But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised: 4And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: 5To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. 6But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no mans person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: 7But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; 8(For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) 9And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision. 10Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do. 11But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. 12For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. 13And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. 14But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews? 15We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, 16Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 17But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. 18For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. 20I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.(KJV)

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Then after the space of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me. 2And I went up by revelation; and I laid before them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles but privately before them who were of repute, lest by any means I should be running, or had run, in vain. 3But not even Titus who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised: 4and that because of the false brethren privily brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: 5to whom we gave place in the way of subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. 6But from those who were reputed to be somewhat (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth not man's person)-- they, I say, who were of repute imparted nothing to me: 7but contrariwise, when they saw that I had been intrusted with the gospel of the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the gospel of the circumcision 8(for he that wrought for Peter unto the apostleship of the circumcision wrought for me also unto the Gentiles); 9and when they perceived the grace that was given unto me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship, that we should go unto the Gentiles, and they unto the circumcision; 10only they would that we should remember the poor; which very thing I was also zealous to do. 11But when Cephas came to Antioch, I resisted him to the face, because he stood condemned. 12For before that certain came from James, he ate with the Gentiles; but when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing them that were of the circumcision. 13And the rest of the Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that even Barnabas was carried away with their dissimulation. 14But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Cephas before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest as do the Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, how compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews? 15We being Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, 16yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed on Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 17But if, while we sought to be justified in Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a minister of sin? God forbid. 18For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a transgressor. 19For I through the law died unto the law, that I might live unto God. 20I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. 21I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.(ASV)

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1THEN, fourteen years later, I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and took Titus with me also. 2And I went up because of a revelation, and I declared to them the gospel which I preached among the Gentiles, and I privately explained to those who were considered leaders among us, lest by any means I had labored or should labor in vain. 3And Titus, also, who was with me, being Aramean, was not compelled to be circumcised, 4But because of the false brethren who have come against us to spy out the freedom which we have in Jesus Christ, with the intention of enslaving us; 5To those false brothers we did not submit, not even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might remain with you. 6Now those who were considered to be important (what they are makes no difference to me, for God does not discriminate among men), even these very persons, did not contribute additional knowledge to me. 7But on the contrary, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was entrusted to me, as the gospel of the circumcision had been entrusted to Peter 8(For he who made Kepa vigorous in the apostleship of the circumcision has also made me mighty in the apostleship of the Gentiles) 9And when they knew that the grace had been given to me, then James, Kepa, and John, who were considered to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we might labor among the Gentiles, and they, among the people of circumcision; 10Only they would that we should remember the poor, and that I have endeavored to do.

11¶ But when Kepa came to Antioch, I reproved him to his face, because he was to be blamed. 12For before certain men came from James, Kepa ate with the Gentiles; but after they came, he withdrew and separated himself because he was afraid of them who belonged to the circumcision. 13And all the other Jewish converts cast their lot with him on this issue, insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away by their dissimulation. 14But when I saw that they were not following uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter in the presence of them all, If you being a Jew live after the manner of Gentiles and not as do the Jews, why do you compel the Gentile converts to live as do the Jews? 15For if we who are of Jewish origin and not sinners of the Gentiles 16Know that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by the faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no human being be justified. 17But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore our Lord Jesus Christ a minister of sin? Far be it. 18For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I will prove myself to be a transgressor of the law. 19For through the law I am dead to the law, that I might live to God. 20I am crucified with Christ; henceforth it is not I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life which now I live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21I do not frustrate the grace of God; for if righteousness comes by means of the law, then Christ died in vain. 51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Then after fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along with me. 2I went up by revelation; and I laid before them (but privately before those who were of repute) the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, lest somehow I should be running or had run in vain. 3But even Titus, who was with me, was not compelled to be circumcised, though he was a Greek. 4But because of false brethren secretly brought in, who slipped in to spy out our freedom which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage-- 5to them we did not yield submission even for a moment, that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you. 6And from those who were reputed to be something (what they were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality)--those, I say, who were of repute added nothing to me; 7but on the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter had been entrusted with the gospel to the circumcised 8(for he who worked through Peter for the mission to the circumcised worked through me also for the Gentiles), 9and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised; 10only they would have us remember the poor, which very thing I was eager to do.

11But when Cephas came to Antioch I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12For before certain men came from James, he ate with the Gentiles; but when they came he drew back and separated himself, fearing the circumcision party. 13And with him the rest of the Jews acted insincerely, so that even Barnabas was carried away by their insincerity. 14But when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas before them all, "If you, though a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?" 15We ourselves, who are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners, 16yet who know that a man is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ, and not by works of the law, because by works of the law shall no one be justified. 17But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we ourselves were found to be sinners, is Christ then an agent of sin? Certainly not! 18But if I build up again those things which I tore down, then I prove myself a transgressor. 19For I through the law died to the law, that I might live to God. 20I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification were through the law, then Christ died to no purpose.(RSV)

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Fourteen years later I went up again to Jerusalem, this time with Barnabas. I took Titus along also. 2I went in response to a revelation and set before them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles. But I did this privately to those who seemed to be leaders, for fear that I was running or had run my race in vain. 3Yet not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek. 4This matter arose because some false brothers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves. 5We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might remain with you.

6As for those who seemed to be important -- whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not judge by external appearance -- those men added nothing to my message. 7On the contrary, they saw that I had been entrusted with the task of preaching the gospel to the Gentiles, just as Peter had been to the Jews. 8For God, who was at work in the ministry of Peter as an apostle to the Jews, was also at work in my ministry as an apostle to the Gentiles. 9James, Peter and John, those reputed to be pillars, gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace given to me. They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the Jews. 10All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.

11When Peter came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he was clearly in the wrong. 12Before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. 13The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

14When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter in front of them all, "You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew. How is it, then, that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs?

15"We who are Jews by birth and not `Gentile sinners' 16know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.

17"If, while we seek to be justified in Christ, it becomes evident that we ourselves are sinners, does that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not! 18If I rebuild what I destroyed, I prove that I am a lawbreaker. 19For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. 20I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!"(NIV)

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me. 2I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the Gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain. 3But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. 4This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage; 5to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the Gospel might continue with you. 6But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God doesn't show partiality to man)'they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me, 7but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the Gospel for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the Gospel for the circumcision 8(for he who appointed Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision appointed me also to the Gentiles); 9and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcision. 10They only asked us to remember the poor'which very thing I was also zealous to do.

51 Galatians 2:1-21 1Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me. 2I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the Good News which I proclaim among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain. 3But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. 4This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Messiah Yeshua, that they might bring us into bondage; 5to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the Good News might continue with you. 6But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God doesn't show partiality to man)'they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me, 7but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the Good News for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the Good News for the circumcision 8(for he who appointed Peter to be an emissary of the circumcision appointed me also to the Gentiles); 9and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, Jacob and Kefa and Yochanan, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcision. 10They only asked us to remember the poor'which very thing I was also zealous to do.

11But when Peter came to Antioch, I resisted him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12For before some people came from Jacob, he ate with the Gentiles. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision. 13And the rest of the Jewish believers joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy. 14But when I saw that they didn't walk uprightly according to the truth of the Good News, I said to Peter before them all, 'If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews do?

Jerusalem is the ancient capital of the Biblical world, and is prophetically a match to the UN headquarters as well as any other world capital where the world has gathered.

The Galatians quote includes Peter's fear of the Jews, and how he changed his tune depending on the audience. This is a match to Moses' fear of speaking when he was called by God to speak to the Israelites in Egypt. The stories are both a textual match and a timeline match.

Fulfillment

3 general areas fulfill this headline.

  • G8 Summit in Japan. July 7-9, 2008. This summit is similar in nature to the United Nations and Mr Ban is on the invitation list. This is the 34th such summit, and regular events are rarely complete fulfillment, so this venue must be monitored. Curiously, like the UN itself, this summit meeting is on an island. Topics are listed online.

  • Collapse of stock prices in Fannie Mae Freddie Mac The event 1 year before on the timeline was the sudden collapse of the secondary market for mortage backed securities. This lead 1 month later to a more widely recognized general credit crisis that began in August of 2007. Of course Fannie and Freddie are the 2 Government Sponsored Entities that form the backbone of the secondary market for mortages in the United States.

The collapse of their secondary markets did not have a final impact on the stock values until nearly 1 year later, which is itself rather remarkable. Freddie is now considered to have a negative 3 billion dollar value, and the value of outstanding shares is based on the hope that the United States government will bail out the firm.

Problem, the outstanding debt of these 2 firms is roughly equal to current outstanding US debut of around $6 trillion. A bailout, or public assumption of all this debt risks bankrupting the entire US government.

Watching the Pope's actions for the matched date indicates that his actions point at a transfer from Washington DC to the United Nations in New York City. As all of this mortgage debt is eventually nationalized, the consequence will be transfer of power from Washington to the UN.

The root cause of this transfer of power is the collapse in the debt based funding systems first installed during the Great Depression.

  • World Youth Day 2008. Held in Sydney, Australia, July 15 - 20. The theme is from Acts 1:8, "...You will receive power... and be my witnesses..." This is a youth event gathering people from around the world. The Pope announced this venue and time after the 2005 version of this same series of rallies.

The Acts 1:8 theme verse for the World Youth Day matches exactly what was going on in the text dealing with Moses and Aaron. They too were about to be witnesses to Pharaoh, and the world. The timing of the World Youth Day is slightly later than would be expected, but the Pope's time at the United Nations was long, and his second speech, to the workers of the UN, is a prophetic match to the Youth, God's future workers, the ones with the longest time in, as the speech to the UN employees stressed.

From a geopolitical perspective the key headline for this date was the collapse of the stock price in the GSEs. This is what will cause the eventual transfer of political power to the United Nations.
